Training goals: acquiring knowledge and skills in understanding, preventing, managing and resolving conflict situations and regulating one's emotional state.
Training objectives:
To form a system of knowledge about conflicts and the ways of working with them (prevention, neutralisation, developing options for getting out of difficult situations)
To learn and practise the key techniques for preventing and resolving conflict situations (in relations with line staff, at the «manager-subordinate» level, in the family and everyday life)
To develop the basic skills of regulating and stabilising one's emotional state (both one's own and the opponent's)
Planned outcomes for participants:
Mastering ways of analysing, preventing, managing and constructively resolving conflicts and difficult situations
Mastering the principles of changing one's own emotional state and the emotional state of the other person
Creating action algorithms for frequently encountered difficult situations
Training audience: middle managers, leading specialists of organisations
Delivery methods: The training is based on an interactive methodology — active involvement of participants in the learning process. The main methods: mini-lectures, testing, group discussions, brainstorming, demonstrations by the trainer, work in small groups, mini-presentations, analysis of cases and video clips.
