In world practice there are classic and innovative tools for managing change, planning and implementing innovations, and working effectively with resistance to change. This seminar allows you to implement innovations competently while preserving and multiplying the advantages already gained.
As a result of the training, the participant:
- — will be able to independently analyse the readiness of their company or unit for launching a change project and decide on the feasibility, optimal timing and focus unit for its implementation
- — will be able to independently draw up a change project plan taking into account the steps needed to minimise risks
- — will be able to forecast likely pockets of resistance, both from individual organisational systems and from the employees involved, and plan work to minimise the risk of their negative reaction
- — will be able to build effective teams of change agents, taking into account how different types of people (innovators and adaptors) approach the implementation of new ideas and plans
- — will be able to monitor the implementation of planned changes, build an internal PR campaign for change competently, and anticipate in good time the risks that arise on the path of any change project
- — will become familiar with the best practices of modern organisations in reforming organisational culture or individual subcultures within it, including practices of creating a unified corporate culture for companies that have undergone mergers/acquisitions
