Effective employee development is impossible without well-organised external training. This course will help you understand the key aspects of working with external providers: from forming the request and planning the budget to evaluating training results and automating processes. You will learn when it is worth turning to external programmes, how to work with departments, run tenders, control the quality of educational services and keep the necessary records. Special attention is paid to digital tools — you will learn to use Excel, Google Sheets, LMS and TMS, and to create dashboards and checklists for managing training.

The course will be useful for learning and development specialists, HR managers and everyone responsible for staff development. The knowledge gained will allow you to build training in the company systematically, increasing its effectiveness and measurable return.
