• Unlawful actions by employees for which liability is provided in the Republic of Kazakhstan (Criminal Code, Administrative Offences Code, Labour Code, etc.)
• Types of threats posed by company employees, how they may materialise and possible lines of protection
• The corporate code of conduct and Anti-Corruption Policy, and possible employee actions that breach the adopted norms
• Holding employees liable for violations related to ensuring the Company's security
• Organising the Security Service's interaction with the HR service and unit heads on identifying risks and threats posed by employees
• Monitoring current security risks and the situation in the Company's units and remote assets
• Identifying among employees persons with criminal connections and inclinations towards unlawful actions, reckless and rash acts

• Creating a system of personal responsibility of employees for actions or omissions that cause damage to the Company
• Procedure for the security service to conduct internal corporate investigations into unlawful actions by employees
• The legislative basis and organisational side of applying psychological techniques and hardware systems to employees
• Applying psycho-probing methods when an employee is discovered in, or suspected of, unlawful actions
• Using the polygraph (lie detector) in internal corporate investigations
• Procedural documentation of the results of internal corporate investigations
