The programme has been developed for specialists working with land plots and construction projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The course combines current legislation, court and pre-trial practice and real cases, allowing a deep understanding of the finer points of land law and the procedures for obtaining permits.
Participants will study the classification of land, designated use, the procedure for granting and withdrawing plots, the specifics of working with state IT services (eGov, E-licensing, the public cadastral map), and step-by-step algorithms for obtaining construction permits and commissioning facilities.
Special attention is paid to typical mistakes and conflict situations: from the impossibility of changing the designated use of land to refusals to register land use rights, from unapproved reconstruction to disputes over the withdrawal of plots for state needs. Workshops and group analysis of cases will allow participants to practise decision-making in real conditions.
The result — readiness to resolve complex land and construction issues effectively, minimise risks and build work with state bodies on the basis of clear legal mechanisms.
