Direct involvement as project manager in the modernisation of management systems in around 100 successfully delivered consulting projects in more than 20 segments of the Kazakhstan economy, including government structures, national companies, and large, medium-sized and small private businesses.
As a result of these projects, taking into account the needs of each organisation, activities were systematised, including the formalisation/standardisation of operations. Through business process optimisation, the productivity of companies in various fields was more than doubled. Through the application of a motivation system, employee satisfaction was increased and turnover of core staff was reduced by up to 90%. Customer satisfaction was increased and a level of repeat customers of at least 80% was ensured.
More than 5,000 (five thousand) specialists in various fields trained in modern management systems.
