Subsoil users' obligations to finance the training of Kazakhstani personnel, research and development (R&D) and social expenditure under contracts and licences «before the introduction of the provisions of the Subsoil Code and after» for mining, uranium and oil and gas companies;

Rules, procedure and deadlines for submitting reports under contracts and licences for mining, uranium and oil and gas companies;

Rules for subsoil users' submission of reports when conducting operations for the exploration and production of solid minerals and the production of common minerals;

Reporting forms on licence and contract terms for contracts/licences of mining, uranium and oil and gas companies;

Rules for financing research and development (R&D) under licences for solid minerals;

Reporting forms on R&D and training for mining, uranium and oil and gas companies;

Deducting expenses on training Kazakhstani specialists and on R&D under the Tax Code;

Work Programme forms for current exploration and production contracts concluded before the introduction of the Code on Subsoil and Subsoil Use for mining, uranium and oil and gas companies;

Reporting under the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) (confirmed by an auditor's opinion) and the appendices to the EITI report (on tax and non-tax payments, payments in foreign currency, dividends from the state's ownership share, social investment and quasi-fiscal expenditure);

Reporting on the Persons directly and/ or indirectly controlling the subsoil user;

Reporting on minerals produced and their reserves;

Synchronising data in subsoil use reports submitted in other information systems.
