The programme is devoted to the current rules for procuring medicines, medical devices and medical equipment, taking into account the legislative changes that entered into force on 20 June 2026.
Participants will examine the new requirements for forming ceiling prices, conducting electronic tenders and requests for price quotations, single-source procurement, appeal procedures and VAT indication. Special attention will be paid to working on the med.ecc.kz portal, qualification requirements for suppliers and changes in confirming domestic-producer status.
The practical part examines in detail all stages of the procurement procedure — from planning and preparing the application to concluding and performing the contract, as well as the specifics of procuring medical equipment, the requirements of Rules No. 110 and the updated standard document forms.
The training is built with a focus on the real practice of customers and suppliers. Participants will be able to examine complex situations, identify the main risks and mistakes, ask the expert questions and get recommendations on their own working cases.
The course will be useful for procurement specialists, employees of medical organisations, suppliers of medicines, medical devices and medical equipment, lawyers, economists and other specialists involved in organising and conducting procurement procedures.
