Financial modelling and data analysis in Excel (Excel for finance professionals)

The seminar will teach participants a clear methodology for building financial models in Excel, which is the basis of analytical modelling, draw attention to universal financial modelling tools and develop the skills needed to build reliable and transparent financial models.

During the seminar participants will have the opportunity to apply the skills gained in practice using MS Excel spreadsheets, by calculating the reporting indicators of their company or of the published statements of public companies.

The seminar will help solve practical tasks:

• — creating models, primarily financial, for planning activities and assessing future financial results;
• — adapting financial models in line with the input data for modelling;
• — analysing financial models, identifying constraints and assumptions

Attending the seminar will help you:

• — forecast key costs more accurately;
• — assess the sensitivity of profit to changes in market conditions;
• — develop and take optimisation decisions taking constraints into account;
• — acquire the skills of building management models using MS Excel;
• — learn to link strategy factors with the parameters of the sales and production plan to optimise the organisation's work.

Computer work is required! Each participant must bring their own laptop to the classes!
