Target audience: management board, commercial department, marketing department, logistics, pharmacovigilance, price and drug registration, finance department, sales department.
Outcome: an understanding of the possibilities of AI for a pharmaceutical company, confident use of AI tools in preparing presentations, reporting and analytics, an initial map of tasks for implementing AI agents for departmental processes.
The pharmaceutical business simultaneously works with a large volume of regulated information and with a high speed of change: drug and price registration, pharmacovigilance, logistics taking shelf life into account, working with medical representatives, commercial analytics and financial reporting. In each of these areas a significant part of working time is spent on routine operations — gathering data from several sources, preparing presentations, consolidating reports, tracking deadlines and approving documents.
Modern AI tools can significantly reduce these costs. Generative artificial intelligence prepares draft materials, structures information from long documents, helps prepare presentations and analytical notes. AI agents perform sequences of actions: consolidating reporting, forming regulatory packages, preparing commercial materials for a client, tracking deadlines and indicators.
The programme has been developed taking into account the specifics of a pharmaceutical company and the working characteristics of eight key functions: the management board, the commercial department, marketing, logistics, pharmacovigilance, price and drug registration, the finance department and the sales department. Participants will get to know the AI tools that are already applicable today, learn to use them in their daily work, and also gain an understanding of how AI agents can systematically simplify processes within the company.
A separate section of the programme is devoted to the possibilities of AI agents for the tasks of a pharmaceutical company. This section serves as the basis for forming a further implementation roadmap — from individual tools in employees' hands to a full-fledged AI environment built for the organisation's processes.
