• Basic concepts: artificial intelligence, neural network, language model, prompt, context window, AI «hallucinations»
• Confidentiality: anonymising documents, protecting personal data and trade secrets
• Correct service settings and internal company restrictions on sharing information
• Checking sources, fixing the limits of AI use, the lawyer's liability for the result

WORKSHOP. A safe query about a legal document and checking the AI's answer.

2 Analysing contracts and preparing documents — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini

• ChatGPT — analysing commercial contracts of any complexity, identifying risks and contradictions, a table of comments, a protocol of disagreements and an additional agreement
• Preparing letters, opinions and claims; bilingual translation and checking language versions against each other
• Claude — for voluminous contracts with appendices and comparing versions
• Gemini — working with a long context and several documents at once

3 Searching for information and litigation/claims work — Perplexity, Claude for Chrome, NotebookLM

• Perplexity — searching for up-to-date legal information, regulatory acts and court practice, with the sources checked being cited
• Claude in the Chrome browser — an AI assistant that works directly with pages and primary sources
• NotebookLM — a personal knowledge base on case materials: a timeline of events, a table of evidence, the structure of the legal position

4 Processing document arrays and AI assistants — Codex, Claude Cowork, GPTs

• Codex — working with folders and registers: extracting data, forming registers, structuring the legal archive
• Claude Cowork — automating work with files and tasks without programming skills
• GPTs — creating a custom AI assistant for a specific process of the legal service (contract, claims, corporate block)

5 Presentations, websites and automation — Gamma, one-page websites, Make.com

• Gamma — creating presentations on legal risks, deals and disputes, turning an opinion into clear slides
• One-page websites with the help of AI — pages for legal services and internal requests
• Make.com — an overview of no-code automation of legal routine along the route «request → draft → notification»
