- Conducting HR audits in companies to check compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on HR records management: personal files, HR orders, employment contracts, employee personal cards (form T-2), recommendations on keeping military records of employees. Checking HR documents for correct execution in accordance with the Standard Rules for Documentation and Document Management in State and Non-State Organisations. Based on the HR audit, recommendations are provided on eliminating non-compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on labour relations and HR records management; on the necessary regulatory legal acts on labour relations, HR records management and inspections by the state labour inspectorate; on HR document forms
